Peter has been a user interface and graphic designer for over 20 years, contracting on projects for clients such as Chevron, Seagate, Krav Maga SF, Hard Rock Cafe, and many other companies of all sizes. Currently, he is the lead user experience designer for Cloud 9 Analytics, an award winning SAAS company based in Redwood City, California.
His designs have played a key role in Cloud 9’s lifespan. The 1000s of images and prototypes he’s produced have helped garner over $20 million in venture capital, guided engineers in building the product, and now help drive sales and adoption of Cloud 9’s apps by over 90 corporate customers. Companies like Fandango, Avaya, MySpace, and Siemens rely on Cloud 9’s sales analytics applications to manage multi-million dollar pipelines.
Peter has also had a life long interest in fitness and self defense. His formal studies began with Kenpo at 16, continued with aikido and tai-chi before settling on Chinese Boxing at the age of 21. Peter now has over 20 years of martial arts and fitness training experience, a Blue Belt teaching credential in Krav Maga, and is a 4th level Sifu in San Quan Dao Chinese Boxing. He’s had several full contact fights and logged countless sparring rounds with practitioners of Krav Maga, TKD, Muay Thai, karate, BJJ, JKD, wing-chun, boxing, wrestling, police officers, and soldiers. He’s taught Chinese Boxing and Krav Maga self defense for the last 15 years at the Krav Maga San Francisco training center.
